The programmes are challenging, interesting and of high academic and professional value. The courses are taught by ISCTE-IUL's highly regarded faculty, supported by visiting professors from top-class universities and the global business community. Upon successful completion, each programme is worth 6 ECTS credits which may be recognised as part of your ongoing studies.
In addition to the excellent educational opportunities, you will be offered the chance to discover Portuguese culture, the city of Lisbon and the surrounding countryside as well as to come in contact with one of the most widely spoken languages in the world.

- (2 to 25 of July): Programme 3 - Brand Management and Marketing Communications
- (2 to 25 of July): Programme 4 - Persuasion, Choices and Consumer Behaviour
- (8 to 26 of July): Programme 5 - International Marketing Strategy and Simulation Game
- (31 of July to 22 of August): Programme 6 - Cross Cultural Communication and Negotiation
- (31 of July to 22 of August): Programme 7 - Globalization and International Business

Portugal is situated at the south-west point of Europe and also includes the Madeira and Azores archipelagos in the Atlantic Ocean. Mainland Portugal occupies an area of 88,889 km2. It is 218 km wide and 561 km long. It has 832 km of Atlantic coast and a 1,215 km border with Spain.
Portugal has a population of about 10 million. The population density is at its greatest in Lisbon and Oporto cities and, generally speaking, there are more people living in the country’s coastal regions than in the inland areas. |

Lisbon is the largest city and capital of Portugal. The Greater Lisbon Metropolitan area has around 2.800.000 inhabitants, and around 3,34 million people live in the Lisbon Metropolitan Region (which includes the cities Setúbal and Sintra). Due to its economic output, standard of living and market size the Greater Lisbon sub region is one of the major financial and economic centres of the Iberian Peninsula. It is also the political centre of the country, the seat of the government and residence of the Head of State. One of the most important cities in Europe, Lisbon is also one of the safest. | |

Lisbon is surrounded by some of the best beaches in Europe as well as some historical tourist and historical hallmarks such as Estoril and Sintra. |
